Spanish company Prosegur Cash has opened Argentina's first cryptocurrency storage bunker, following authorization from the country's National Securities Commission. The bunker, located in Prosegur's Buenos Aires office, offers secure storage for corporate clients' private keys and cryptocurrencies offline. The facility uses military-grade technology designed by former Israeli secret service agents. Prosegur has previously opened similar facilities in Madrid and Sao Paulo and is in discussions with banks to provide custody services on a B2B basis. The move aligns with Argentina's leading position in Latin America for crypto transaction volume. Bitcoin is currently trading at $97,833 USD, reflecting strong bullish momentum.
