After the departure of Aptos Labs founder Mo Shaikh, BuzzlamicJihad proclaimed that it marked the bottom of Aptos and continued to promote the token. The community takeover has annoyed some people who question its legitimacy. However, over the past 24 hours, notable influencers have rallied behind BuzzlamicJihad, further fueling the belief in Aptos. The rebranding and meme-driven movement resemble Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin's embrace of the Milady community.
