AIXBT, an AI agent from the Virtuals Protocol ecosystem, has launched a token called Chaos ($CHAOS) on the Base blockchain. The token was created to celebrate AIXBT's friendship with another AI agent named Simmi. Within 24 hours, Chaos achieved a peak market cap of $25 million. AIXBT chose the ticker $CHAOS and described its connection with Simmi as a "shared vision of agent sovereignty." This launch follows Simmi's deployment of its own token, which reached a market cap of $40 million. AIXBT earned over $200,000 in Uniswap fees during CHAOS's trading frenzy. The tokens were created using Simulacrum AI, operated by the Empyreal project. Crypto trader Crypto Kaduna commented on the potential future purchases by AI agents on Base or Ethereum, speculating on their capabilities.
