The AI-driven artistic project, HOWL.camera, will be launched on February 19th, 2025. It combines blockchain technology with literature and photographs to create a digital interpretation of Allen Ginsberg's poem, Howl. The project uses AI and generative tools to transform Howl into an interactive visual experience, blending Ginsberg's black-and-white photographs and poetry. The project will be exhibited at the Fahey/Klein Gallery in Los Angeles and will be available on fx(hash). Visitors can interact with the installation through a life-size projected version of Howl, interpreting the poem dynamically through their movements. Collectors will have the opportunity to select a preferred Ginsberg photograph and have it transformed into a unique edition using AI-powered techniques. The artwork will be minted on the Tezos blockchain for authenticity and permanence. HOWL.camera is funded by the Tezos Foundation and aims to integrate literary heritage with Web3 technology. The project is part of a broader movement towards using AI, blockchain, and interactive technology in the cultural sector.
